Nataki Kambon- Executive director
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (USA/GHANA)

Nataki Kambon

Nataki Kambon is an outspoken entrepreneur, media personality, and community activist passionate about creating social change through economics.

She was born and raised in the United States. In 2019 Nataki became a member of Repatriate to Ghana. Through the affiliation, she became one of the 126 Black people from the Diaspora who were granted dual citizenship in Ghana by President Nana Akufo-Addo in a historic swearing historic ceremony held at the Jubilee House Presidential Palace.

Since then she has been working on initiatives that bridge the Black Diaspora with continental Africans. “We are all Africans regardless of geography or historical atrocities that have separated us,” she says.

Professionally, through her 20+ year tenure as a small business consultant, Nataki helped a range of clients from commercial contractors, tech firms, retailers, medical facilities, professionals, and even rocket scientists launch, operate, and scale.

Nu Business Solutions, was initially conceived to help grow Black-owned (Nubian) businesses, though most of the company’s clients are not Black. She is excited to work with the leadership team members of ABCD Hub to help connect Ghanaian-owned businesses and conscientious investors from the Diaspora.

Korkor Oracca-tetteh

Korkor is the CEO and Co-founder of OYA Capital Limited.

She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and 13 years’ experience in banking.

Throughout her banking career she collaborated on and maintained a portfolio of existing and prospective client relationships to maximize client revenues within acceptable risk profile requirements. She specialized in delivering tailor-made financial solutions to clients by successfully leveraging on the banks key capabilities whist maximizing return on capital. Korkor holds a BSc with honors in Business Administration (Marketing Management Option) and MBA in Finance. She also attended London School of Private Banking a course organized by Euromoney Learning Solutions.

Capital Ltd. Prior to joining OYA Capital. She was the Group Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management at First Atlantic Bank. Prior to starting her career in banking in 2007 she worked with several departments of marketing before joining UBA (Ghana) Limited in 2007 as a Profit Centre Manager. Korkor’s banking experience involved Branch Management (Retail Banking), Branch Operations, pension funds management, Corporate banking and Wealth.

Director of Strategic Engagement (USA)

J. Rene Moore

J. Rene Moore Rene is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the African Business Community Development Hub.

Professionally, Rene is a 15-year veteran human resource executive with experience working with small to medium-sized, private equity firms. Her work focuses on designing the foundational infrastructure for new HR departments. Rene believes that given the right workplace culture, people can and will perform amazing work.

As, the CEO of HRCNRGY, Rene’s work focuses on transforming the workplace into a space that fosters job satisfaction by creating cultures that celebrate the employee.  The firm focuses on creating better cultures where people can thrive and perform their best work.

 

Ms. Moore holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She resides in North Carolina, USA where she enjoys cycling and cooking plant-based meals.

Ohenenana is an a sharp charismatic leader who has developed a wealth of experience and relationships in his young career. He currently serves in several youth leadership roles where he merges in passion for youth and business.

Elder Advisor & Senior Program Coordination Team Oversight (USA)

Dr. Kamau Kambon

Dr. Kamau Kambon is the Elder Advisor for the ABCD Hub. Dr. Kambon has 40+ years of experience in early childhood education, community development and program coordination. 

He is a Brooklyn, New Yorker, and collegiate athlete who went on to achieve a Doctorate in Education. Over the last 40 years, he has been a champion for Black liberation. He taught for 18 years, at a historically Black College teaching future teachers how to liberate the minds of our children. Dr. Kamau Kambon is the consummate father, husband, family man, and example of Afrikan warriorhood.  raised three successful community-oriented children, and continue to be community elders and parents for countless younger people on the path locally and around the world. He is also, an entrepreneur, author, warrior elder, scholar, leader. 

Media and Government Relations (Ghana)

Kofi Nartey

Kofi Nartey served in the office of the President of Ghana during his national service. There he gained experience working with the ministries and Parliament on key projects and activities. He has since garnered much respect and a solid reputation as a “doer” in government relations.
