what is next for ghanaian business owners?
Frustrated Ghanaian business owners found hope and inspiration last week as they participated in a series of interest meetings hosted by the African Business Community Development Hub.
The ABCD Hub, for short, held its first public interest meetings inviting a small group of entrepreneurs to register for the ABCD Hub’s Investment Readiness Training Program. Entrepreneurs from all over Ghana participated in virtual Zoom, and in-person outdoor events held live under a canopy in Accra, Ghana.
According to the ABCD Hub, business owners hailed from the construction, fashion, hospitality, manufacturing, wholesale industries, and more. Media houses public and private partners are also in attendance, excited about the impact on youth employment.
According to Ohenenana, a participant with the event, “The level of interest and engagement so far has been really encouraging period we’re looking forward to the first phases of the business’s training and expansion.” According to one trainee, “The process so far has helped me understand my business so much. Now I have more than a vision. I have a clear path.”
