covid-19 protocols for all in-person events
How you can stay proactive
- If you are not feeling 100%, your immune system may be compromised and it may be easier to get infected with something. Attend the virtual version, stay home to protect yourself and others.
- Wear a mask correctly and at all times
- Bring miniature alcohol spray for your hands and to use on surfaces before you touch them.
- Be mindful of social distancing so we are not clustering in areas.
- Wash your hand frequently and avoid touching your face and avoid touching other people.
What steps we take
✔ Door handles, chairs, tables, and surfaces are disinfected in advance
✔ Hand-washing stations are made available at entry
✔ Since alcohol is known to kill 99.9% of germs and bacteria, alcohol misting is done at the entrance for all persons.
✔ Alcohol misting is done also for all surfaces of carry-in property such as purses, book bags, etc
✔ Masks are required for entry
✔ Frequent handwashing is recommended
✔ Social distancing protocols will dictate the allowed number of participants.
